A:       In the hole south of a blue toggle switch that Shovelz gets shot over, in the first arrow maze.

R:       In the weedy section of the lake in the SE area of the map (via red warp). Anyone can get this.

P:        Under a rock at the top of the East section. Gauntletz should get this.
